Please be advised that a significant number of players were unable to complete their competition round  - consequently we have decided to make this competition a non-qualifier for handicap purposes.  It is not normally acceptable within CONGU guidelines to make competitions non-qualifying retrospectively but in the circumstances we believe this is a fair course of action.  Those players who scored better than handicap will have their scores taken into account when we conduct the Annual Review in November.
